Cy-Fair HS Marching Band Color Guard

On Saturday, May 19th we will hold registration, a day of instruction, social activities and a performance for the 2012 Marching Band. This will culminate in the early evening with a hot dog supper and football preview performance for parents. Details regarding times will be sent later.

A Physical exam performed by a qualified medical professional is required to participate in Band and Color Guard. Note that the athletic department will perform physical exams on May 19th, so this might be a convenient option for some families. Click here to review and print the Exam Form (PDF). 

Print only pages 1, 2 & 3 of the Exam Form and take to your child's physical.

Parents of new and returning Band and Color Guard members must fill out three of the four forms below.
A confirmation email with signature blocks will be sent upon online submission. Parents are to print hard copies of the confirmation email, sign and return to the band director no later than Saturday, May 19th.
